HOW TO REACH 10000 PAGE VIEWS WITH LESS THAN 10 HUBS

Have you ever wonder what hubbers with less than 10 hubs and more than 10,000 page views have in common that most of us don't? I have too. That is until I came across KCC Big Country's hub called "Hubbers Reaching 10,000 Page Views." In it he shows various hubbers that reached 10,000 page views at various stages in their hubbing careers. There were those who had reached 10k page views in months and some in years. One of them made 10k in 4 months with many hubs. But the ones that stood out to me were the ones who reached that amount with only a handful of hubs. That fascinated me. How can only 3, 5 or even 10 hubs get 10000 page views when most hubbers are lucky to get 100 on just 1 hub?

After looking at the stats it hit me like a brick. TIME! The only way you can get that many pageviews with so few hubs is to have time. Time is the deciding factor in all of these special low hub cases. For a few hubs to break 10,000 views you will either need to be in on the first floor of some ground breaking info or you will need a long period of time with relevant info. In Hubpages case these special hubbers have had their hubs on average of 2 years. 2 years with 3 hubs still doesn't seem like enough until you do the math. To reach 10,000 page views with 3 hubs all you need is about 13.75 or (14) pages views a day for 730 days which is 2 years. That's 14 pages views every day for 2 years. For a hub with minimum relevancy to their content, that number is very achievable. I myself have several hubs that average 20-60 page views per day and I have only been hubbing for 6 months. The second hub I ever published (DOES MAKING MONEY POSTING LINKS FOR GOOGLE REALLY WORK) which was done 2 days after I started on Hubpages is currently at 5100 page views and it took 6 months to get to half of the 1000k. And I know there are hubbers who have several hubs who average 100+ page views per day for more than one of their hubs. But time and relevance of information in the hubs seems to be the factor in this. There is a lot to be said about these stats as well. It lends truth to what most veteran hubbers tell newcomers all the time. Write often and use green content that will keep visitors coming back. These things also play a factor in monetizing your hubs.

The length of time your hubs are out on the web makes a huge difference when it comes to monetizing your hubs. The longer your content rich hub is published the more people will be exposed to it and the more links you will get to your hubs. These factors create traffic and it takes traffic to turn a hub into a paycheck or 2. A hub that has been around for years becomes somewhat of an anchor to all of the sites that have linked to it. If you have relevant content and your hub has been around and has many links incoming links attached to it from many sources then you will be sent traffic from each of those sites linked to you. Both from new visitor and repeat visitor. And a percentage of those new visitors will link their site to yours creating a sort of web within the web with your hub at the center. Many hubbers have been able to perfect the art of drawing in many visitors with their hubs. But the ones that have only a few hubs benefit from a long length of time published and being anchored to other sites that refer traffic to them.
