Top Ten Urban Fashion Designers

This is a list of the of top 10 urban fashion designers. Some of them are hip-hop artists who have an eye for design and others fashion are designers with a deep passion for their craft. Listed from the 10th spot to the number one spot are the designers, the year the line was created, and the people who originally established the clothing line. Not all of them will have a formal school education for fashion design. One of the designers who is Sean "P-Diddy" Combs was know for his keen fashion sense and was photographed for numerous magazine because of it. So the Sean John clothing line was a natural fit for him.

Some are womens designers of womens clothing as well as urban ladies fashions. At least one designer Mark Ecko has numerous successful lines under the major his major style line of Ecko Unltd. While others have added things like designer jewelry, betls, purses, under wear, and other item to their line. These urban clothes have changed the scope of the fashion industy drastically. Sean John had even dethroned Ralph Lauren for the award of top fashion designer at Fashion Week. While they are all fashionable, they all come from different circumstances and have faced their own struggles to take their brands world wide and have garnered thousands of loyal followers along the way. These top urban fashion designers have set trends and become trends themselves in some cases.
