There is a couple of little known ways to make real money selling on Ebay. The first thing is to use Craigslist as a source of your product and Ebay as the selling platform. Now this offers two ways to make money online. You can either buy on Craigslist and sell on Ebay or buy on Ebay and sell on Craigslist. Since Craigslist is local then items being sold are from people who have normally never even used Ebay before and since it's all local then competition for the item is much less that on Ebay so you may be able to negotiate a greatly lower price with the person selling the item. This is a way to earn money fast. If you have a hot item like newer 3g cellphones then do a 24 hour auction and you could have payment the day the auction ends.

The other little known way to make good money with Ebay is to find a hot product or one that sells for alot of money that can be purchased in bulk locally. Check to see if the product or item is sold on Ebay in small or large quantities. If the item is being sold already in large quantities such as 100pcs or 50pcs only then find it locally through a warehouse or supplier and offer the item for sales in quantities or 20pc,10pc, or 1pc if possible. Often people will buy things in bulk not because they want to but because they aren't given other options. Smaller quantities also offers buyers a chance to sample a product without buying more of something than they will actually need and if they like the product they bought from you and need to order more than they will come back to you and buy 5 of your 20pcs instead of going with the other sellers who offer only the 100pcs. Often this sell of (5) 20pcs will only cost you what only the price of what (2-3) 20pcs sold for and you profit off of the other (2-3) 20pc items sold. That sell will make you more money in profit than the same sell would have mad the other seller for the same amount of pieces. It's about loyalty and trust and once you have made it easy for a buyer to do business with you they will come back and spend more with someone they trust than someone they have to take another risk on.
